One month of residential training in Ayurvedic principles and hands-on therapies. A short-term Abhyangam massage course is also available.

Good to know
- Students leaving early return all teaching materials and uniforms.
Living at the ashram
- Free dormitory accommodation, with separate spaces for men and women
- Shared bathrooms with cold water only
- Two simple sattvic vegetarian meals a day, served in the dining hall
- Two sheets, a pillow, pillowcases and a mosquito net provided
- Couples cannot share rooms during the course
- Up to one hour of karma yoga (selfless service) each day
What to bring
Comfortable clothes, blanket, sandals, toiletries, a meditation shawl for cool evenings, yoga mat, meditation cushion, notebooks, pens, towels and a torch. Uniforms and the course manual are included.
Cancellation
If you cancel before the course starts, we refund your payment less an administration fee of US$300 (overseas) or ₹10,000 (India). No refund for a no-show.
